A world shaken by a party with heavy rhythms, Acid bass lines tightened together with synth sounds? Well, then you must be at this Italian act’s gig!

Franz & Shape is an Electro/Dance project, tailored the Italian way by Francesco Maria Spazzoli, with the respected assistance by Cristian Camporesi.

After releasing their debut track, the amazing "Countach" for Headman Relish Recordings as a part of a big "Italian EP" in 2005, they became one of the most wanted producing teams on the vast Electro scene. In a two-year period which followed, numerous releases saw the light of day: the highly-acclaimed "Destination/Location EP", "Maximum Joy" in collaboration with Dirk Da Davo ( known for his project The Neon Judgement), the debut full-length "ACCELERATION" (with special guests Chelonis R. Jones, David Carrett, Perspects) and "The Man Who Paid Before", an album created in collaboration with N.O.I.A, one of the most prominent Italo Disco pioneers.

From 2008 until 2010 they had had no rest at all! Continuing their hard work at the same rate, they remixed a variety of tracks, including Tiga’s "Deflection", followed by an astounding remix of "20 Volts of Steel" by Motor on Novamute and a 12" single "Eyes Like Knives/Forgotten Days", done in an already known, collaborative fashion with the American band, Kill Memory Crash.

"Lump/Melt", a track which found its place on BUGGED Out! Suck My Deck compilation, was mixed by Brodinski himself! More than enough, we are guessing, but these guys don’t know when to stop: Zombie Nation’s "Supercake 53" remix for Turbo, Teenage Bad Girl’s "Tonton Funk" (Franz & Shape remix) for Citizen, Bumblebeez "Rodeo" (Franz & Shape remix) for Bang Gang 12s, and the last, but not the least, a few months ago, "ACID ONE" single for Bang Gang 12s, remixed by DJ Pierre, and supported by Soulwax, Erol Alkan, Brodinski and Dave Clarke!

We can be certain of one thing: their talent grows stronger each release, so the only thing left is to prepare for a great party, wear our best sneakers and dancefloor attire, and join one of the most glorious rides through a dark, deep Techno Pop tunnel!
