Explosive Stage / Friday, July 13 2012
Novi Sad's Armageddon are one of the veterans of Serbian Heavy Metal. Formed in 1987, the band was a product of Đorđe Letić's idea, who was an active member of other bands, most famous of which, of course, is Tornado. Armageddon were a one-man band for many years, and in that period Đorđe was experimenting and virtuously combining many similar, and many not so similar styles with the well-known heavy sound, testing the possibility for the merging of different styles. This year, Armageddon will perform as a full band at the Explosive Stage, and they will provide an insight into their work, and remind us how they used to do it back in the 80s, and how they still do it today, as a real concert band. In their long history, Armageddon have never performed a full concert. This makes their performance at Exit 2012 a real must see!
