A Belgrade-based band, formed in 1992 define their music as “Eastern European Rock’n’Roll”, while their listeners categorize them into Indie Pop. Influenced by Rock’n’Roll and R’n’B, the band started to compose their songs and play smaller gigs in clubs where they were rapidly gaining wide audience spectre, but also a great deal of experience. Their earlier performances included colourful stage decorations, costumes and a general Dadaistic behaviour which is not specific for a R’n’R band. After a few years, they become one of the most important bands to the audience, thanks to their album Čizmanoga from 1996, with studio and live tracks. Unfortunately, the promotion of their first full studio album Dobrodošli was halted due to NATO bombing in 1999. So far, the band have released four albums, two EPs and three compilations. The members of the band actively collaborate with acts such as Sila, Lira Vega, Veliki Prezir and Jesenji Orkestar, and thanks to their all-around engagement in music, they are the leaders of the newest wave of Serbian bands, known as the ‘New Serbian Scene’.
