The most influential global list of main figures on the electronic scene was formed by almost 1.3 million votes from DJ Mag’s readers, who returned David Guetta back to the first place after 2011, when he last won the title. “It’s really amazing, I think I feel happier than the first time!” said the super-popular Frenchman, who has won the radio charts in recent months with the hit single “Let’s Love”, another great collaboration with the Australian artist Sia, but also exploring new directions with his Future Rave sound. The same weekend, DJ Mag’s Alternative Top 100 DJs list was released, with 6th and 7th place going to Boris Brejcha and Nina Kraviz, both headliners of the central celebration of EXIT Festival’s two decades, set to take place from July 8th to 11th, 2021 at the Petrovaradin Fortress.

The main DJ Mag’s list brings 100 of the most important and influential DJs and producers of the electronic music and behind Guetta’s leading position, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Martin Garrix, EXIT Festival’s previous editions stars were also in the top 3.

At the same time, DJ Mag’s Alternative Top 100 DJs list was announced, focused exclusively on house and techno DJs, combining the audience’s votes with the sale of tracks on the Beatport. Belgian techno heroine Charlotte de Witte, who the local audience had the chance to see this year as part of two EXIT projects – Life Stream from Petrovaradin Fortress, and InfinitX filmed at Mogren in Budva, won the flattering title of the number one on that list for the first time.

The Alternative list brings a few more top 10 names also connected to the EXIT Festival itself or other festivals in the Exit festival family. In addition to the aforementioned Boris Brejcha and Nina Kraviz, Amelie Lens, the main star of Sea Star Festival 2021, came in at 5th place and Life Stream headliners Carl Cox and Adam Beyer in second and fourth places.

The celebration of EXIT Festival’s 20th anniversary will be held from July 8th to 11th, 2021 at the Petrovaradin Fortress, with performances by David Guetta, DJ Snake, Tyga, Eric Prydz, Paul Kalkbrenner, Nina Kraviz, Boris Brejcha, Sheck Wes, Solomun, Sepultura, Metronomy, Dax J, Kobosil, Denis Sulta, Honey Dijon, Laibach, Juliana Huxtable, Francois X, 999999999 live, Onyvaa, Monosaccharide, Bokee, VTSS, SPFDJ, Marko Nastić, After Affair, Kristijan Molnar, Bokee, Coeus, Goblini, Ilija Djoković, Lag, Insolate, Layzie, Massimo, Reblok, Runy, Space Motion and Thundermother.
