You have the chance to purchase any tickets or services from our webshop in instalments and pay for them over 2 months.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s see how the whole process will look like:<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]1. If you add tickets and items to your basket over the total\u00a0value of \u20ac 100, you will be able to select the “Payment plan”\u00a0payment option during your checkout in the\u00a0webshop. If you do so,\u00a0all the details of your payment plan will be listed. At the end of\u00a0the checkout you will only need to pay for the first payment part.<\/p>\n

2. After the successful transaction the remaining payment parts\u00a0will be withdrawn from your bank card monthly. The same bank card\u00a0is used for the transaction, so\u00a0please make sure it will be ready\u00a0for the payments. If any of the payment parts cannot be withdrawn\u00a0from your card, we will send you 2 reminder emails before\u00a0taking\u00a0any actions.<\/p>\n

3. If everything goes as planned, and all the payment parts are\u00a0paid, we will send your tickets and items you bought via email.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

What if you change your mind?<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]You may withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to\u00a0exit-tickets@netpositive.hu<\/a>\u00a0after the first, but before the last\u00a0payment has been made. In this case we will\u00a0reimburse the amount\u00a0of your already made payments on your bank card used for these\u00a0transactions (except the total amount of the handling fee, as\u00a0retention\u00a0money).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

What if you cannot pay all parts?<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]If the payment parts cannot be withdrawn from your bank card when it is due, then we inform you in email, and try to withdraw them from your bank card seven days later. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, then we inform you again in email, and try to withdraw them from your bank card a further seven days later. After the third unsuccessful attempt Netpositive may decline the purchase. If the payments can no longer be withdrawn from your bank card because of reasons beyond your control (e.g. the card has expired) but you would still like to continue to make the payments you can complete the process through paylinks or bank transfers.
