The legendary Dutch drum\u2019n\u2019bass trio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exitfest.org\/en\/lineup\/noisia-dj-set\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Noisia<\/strong><\/a> have announced their third and final album for May 12th. It will be called \u201c<strong>Closer<\/strong>\u201d, feature over 20 songs, and bring collaborations with acts such as <strong>Black Sun Empire, Skrillex, The Upbeats and Camo &amp; Krooked<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement of the trio\u2019s last album, which will be released for their <strong>VISION Recordings<\/strong> label, came from the band\u2019s official Twitter account, along with pictures of the album cover and song list.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">A third and final album. So, before we finally close the book on Noisia, we wanted to share them with you on one last album. Previously released or newly finished, they all represent directions we enjoyed exploring. In the end, we didn\u2019t manage to figure things out. This time, the music duo discussed their creative process and what went on behind the scenes. The release is presented as a collection of world music tracks imbued with electronic music and his Balkan roots. It includes many genres \u2013 from blues and indie electronic music to opera and folk music. The nine new songs bring Satori\u2019s recognisable meditative sound, enriching the current electronic music scene.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>I wanted to use the studio and recording techniques used in the seventies and eighties for this album. My whole point was to make the electronic music sound as if it were being played by a band, which is why I collaborated with Henry Sarmiento of Sonic Vista Studios<\/em>.\u201c, said Satori.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDreamin\u2019 Colours\u201d represents Satori\u2019s Balkan heritage. It is an album that celebrates Eastern European music and is his \u201cmost personal [album] ever\u201d, in his own words.
