This week\u2019s featured artists include <\/span>Nick Cave <\/b>with his unusual album \u201c<\/span>Seven Psalms\u201c, Maceo Plex <\/b>and the NFT collection he created with <\/span>EXIT Festival<\/b>, <\/span>Alok<\/b> and <\/span>Anfisa Letyago, <\/b>bringing new singles, and while we await the new EP by <\/span>Eli Brown<\/b>!<\/span><\/p>\n

Nick Cave: Album \u201cSeven Psalms\u201c<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Nick Cave <\/b><\/a>released the album <\/span>\u201cSeven Psalms\u201c <\/b>yesterday. This specific spoken word collection was on the list of 37 most anticipated albums of 2022, created by the renowned American music portal <\/span>Pitchfork<\/b>. This portal described the new, slightly different LP release as a \u201cbrief but beatific respite during a particularly rewarding era of the songwriter\u2019s long career.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The legendary rock preacher wrote one psalm a day for a week, after which he included his longtime collaborator and friend <\/span>Warren Ellis <\/b>in the production. The project represents meditations on love, faith, anger, mercy, sadness, sex, and praise. We will have an opportunity to hear the best of <\/span>Cave\u2019s <\/b>rich discography <\/span>on Friday, July 8<\/b>th<\/b>,<\/b> on the <\/span>Main Stage of the EXIT Festival<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maceo Plex and EXIT Launch a Special NFT Collection!<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

One of the world\u2019s leading electronic music producers and the headliner of the <\/span>mts Dance Arena<\/b><\/a> programme <\/span>on Friday, July 8<\/b>th<\/b>, Maceo Plex<\/a><\/b>,<\/span> has launched a special <\/span>NFT collection<\/b> called<\/span> Shades <\/b>in collaboration with the <\/span>EXIT festival<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The minting of this collection, as well as <\/span>Wings, <\/b>made in cooperation with pilot and women\u2019s rights activist <\/span>Christina Carmela, <\/b>started earlier this week and is available<\/span> on Exit\u2019s mint website<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

These collections were created in line with Exit\u2019s vision that nothing beats a live experience and that virtual worlds can only augment, not replace, live experiences. These NFT collections combine the best of both worlds, allowing their owners to access exclusive and secret festival zones, enter the mts Dance Arena stage, meet the world\u2019s biggest stars, and much more.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a highly successful start of 2022 and the announcement of his debut residency at the Hi Ibiza club, the most sought-after Brazilian DJ <\/span>Alok <\/b><\/a>released a new hit single, <\/span>\u201cDeep Down\u201c<\/b>; on this track, he is joined by <\/span>Ella Eyre, Kenny Dope <\/b>and<\/span> Never Dull<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
