In an interview for one of the most influential American music portals – Consequence of Sound<\/strong>, The Prodigy<\/strong>\u2019s founder, Liam Howlett<\/strong>, spoke about festivals that left the biggest impression on him during his 25-year-long career. The band\u2019s leader noted that the British Glastonbury is the king of all festivals, Japanese Fuji Rock always brings a good time, but that Exit is their overall favorite festival!<\/p>\n

Liam added that the band performed during the country\u2019s hard times, and that \u201cFirestarter\u201c became an anthem of its kind during the \u201990s, furthermore adding that he simply loves Serbian people! The proof of mutual love comes with the fact that The Prodigy are Exit\u2019s most wanted act according to the latest festival poll! They performed at the festival in 2007, 2009, as well as 2013, with each of their concerts reaching the stage\u2019s maximum capacity. This summer, The Prodigy performed at Sea Dance Festival, stating that they will perform wherever Exit Team organize a festival!<\/p>\n

Their latest album, \u201cThe Day is my Enemy\u201c, released on 30 March, was their sixth album in a row that reached no.1 at the UK Albums chart, which hasn\u2019t happened since The Beatles! During the 25-year-long career, The Prodigy have sold more than 25 million albums, while their spectacular concerts are well known for their incredible euphoria!<\/p>\n

The Prodigy have been nominated in two categories this year at the prestigious European Festival Awards, including Headliner of the Year, alongside their smash hit \u201cThe Day is my Enemy\u201c being nominated for the Anthem of the Year! 2013\u2019s winner, EXIT Festival has been nominated as the Best Major European Festival seventh year in a row, whereas Sea Dance Festival are defending last year\u2019s title as the Best Medium-Sized European Festival, awarded to the best festival with the capacity up to 40.000 visitors per day.\u00a0VOTING for European Festival Awards starts today and ends on 12 November<\/a><\/strong>, with the voters having the opportunity to win VIP tickets for winning festivals all across Europe!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
