Both have been nominated for the upcoming European Festival Awards (EFA), the most prestigious competition in the festival industry, and voting is now open to the public until November 30<\/b>th<\/b>!<\/b><\/p>\n

In the announced list of nominees, this year’s <\/span>EXIT<\/b> is again competing for the <\/span>“Best Major Festival”<\/b> title \u2013 <\/span>an accolade the Novi Sad festival already secured twice, in 2013 and 2017<\/b>. Meanwhile, the Istrian <\/span>Sea Star Festival<\/b>, a prime example of <\/span>Serbia’s creative industry exports<\/b>, has been nominated in the <\/span>“Best Medium-Sized Festival”<\/b> category.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voting for the European Festival Awards is open to everyone until November 30<\/b>th<\/b>. <\/b>You can vote on the<\/span> official<\/span><\/a> European Festival Awards website<\/span> or via this <\/span>link<\/span><\/a>, supporting <\/span>EXIT<\/b> in the <\/span>“Best Major Festival”<\/b> category and <\/span>Sea Star <\/b>in the <\/span>“Best Medium-Sized Festival”<\/b> category. Votes from millions of fans worldwide will determine the winners, complemented by votes from a jury comprising leading experts in the music industry. <\/span>The winners will be announced on January 17<\/b>th<\/b> next year in Groningen, Netherlands.<\/b><\/p>\n

Besides being named <\/span>“Best Major Festival”<\/b> twice at the European Festival Awards, the multiple European champion <\/span>EXIT<\/b> also bagged the <\/span>“Best Overseas Festival”<\/b> at the <\/span>UK Festival Awards<\/b> in <\/span>2007<\/b>. Last year, it earned accolades for <\/span>“Best Festival Innovation”<\/b> at the same prestigious competition. Esteemed global media outlets, such as <\/span>The Guardian, New York Times, CNN, <\/b>and <\/span>BBC<\/b>, have consistently ranked <\/span>EXIT<\/b> among the world’s top festivals.<\/span><\/p>\n
