Following the success of Ulcinj, the festival journey continues in Budva (Be\u010di\u0107i)<\/strong> from 28 to 31 August<\/strong>, where the second chapter of EXIT to Montenegro will bring the grand finale of the musical wave that has swept Montenegro’s coast this summer.<\/p>\n

After two remarkable festival nights, marked by performances from Monolink, Jamie Jones, Stephan Bodzin, Konstantin Sibold, Fiona Kraft, Space Motion, Deer Jade<\/strong> and many more, the closing night reached the pinnacle of EXIT to Montenegro’s first chapter in Ulcinj. It was an evening where the energy was built not only through the lineup, but through the entire setting \u2013 from the daytime programme across the beaches and an impressive kitesurfing spectacle above Ulcinj’s coastline to the early morning hours, when Maceo Plex <\/strong>brought the story to a close with a performance worthy of the world’s greatest festival stages.<\/p>\n

Even before sunset, Long Beach revealed another side of itself \u2013 the one that has made Ulcinj one of the Adriatic’s most captivating destinations. As the sun remained high and the wind carried the scent of the sea and sand, the festival atmosphere was elevated by a spectacular kitesurfing show at Nomade Beach, where riders painted the sky above the coastline, turning the daytime programme into a breathtaking fusion of adrenaline, sport, nature, and music. It was one of those moments that perfectly captured the essence of EXIT to Montenegro \u2013 a festival that becomes part of its surroundings, breathing together with them.<\/p>\n

Throughout the day, Ulcinj was constantly in motion, while Long Beach gradually transformed from a picture-perfect coastline into a vibrant electronic playground.<\/p>\n

As the lights came up on the main stage, the final night opened with MIPS b2b Seven Beats<\/strong>, delivering a carefully curated selection that eased the audience into the festival’s last wave of energy. They were followed by Guntar<\/strong>, who raised the tempo even further. Rayo<\/strong> brought an added dimension to the evening, showcasing the refined taste and club culture that have shaped his musical journey, while Tebra<\/strong> delivered one of the warmest and most organic moments of the closing programme.<\/p>\n

Next came Awen<\/strong>, an artist whose performances combine the power of voice, rhythm and spirituality. On Long Beach, she blended soulful vocals with club energy, creating an atmosphere that felt both intimate and monumental, sensual yet powerful. As her melodies intertwined with the light projections across the monumental sculpture, the festival produced one of its most memorable visual moments.<\/p>\n

The night’s centrepiece belonged to Argy<\/strong>, one of the leading names in today’s melodic techno and house scene. His performance delivered the precise, hypnotic euphoria that has made his productions essential fixtures on the world’s biggest stages. At Long Beach, Argy crafted a set that balanced festival-scale emotion with the intimacy of a club set \u2013 powerful melodies, soaring builds, and moments when the entire crowd moved and breathed as one. It was more than a performance: it transformed Long Beach into a vast open-air dancefloor beneath the stars.<\/p>\n

Following Argy, rising electronic music sensation Lanna<\/strong> once again proved why she is considered one of the most exciting young artists on the regional electronic scene. Her story is closely intertwined with the EXIT family, and her performance in Ulcinj reflected the energy of a generation that doesn’t wait for its moment \u2013 it creates it.<\/p>\n

As the night stretched into the early hours, Maceo Plex<\/strong> took over Long Beach. One of the most influential DJs and producers of his generation, an artist who has spent decades blending house, techno, electro and futuristic club sounds, delivered a closing set worthy of a true festival finale. Dawn marked the festival’s unforgettable finale, as thousands remained on the sand beneath the lights and the open sky until the very end.<\/p>\n

The debut of EXIT to Montenegro<\/strong> in Ulcinj concluded with more than 50,000 visitors<\/strong> over three festival nights, confirming the enormous potential of Long Beach as one of Europe’s newest festival destinations. At the same time, the festival demonstrated that major music events can have a tangible impact on tourism by attracting visitors at the very beginning of July, revitalising the destination, and helping address the so-called “July gap”<\/strong> that has long been discussed within Montenegro’s tourism sector.<\/p>\n

The message displayed on the monumental sculpture, witnessed by tens of thousands gathered on the sand, added another symbolic layer to this edition \u2013 one that distinguishes EXIT from the conventional festival format and reconnects it with its original mission: music as a space of freedom, rebellion, unity, and the energy of new generations.<\/p>\n

It was a three-day celebration where the sea met music, local spirit blended with the global electronic scene, daytime winds gave way to nighttime lasers, and audiences from across the region and around the world gathered in a setting with the rare ability to turn every performance into a lasting memory. Throughout these days, Long Beach proved to be far more than a backdrop \u2013 it became an essential part of the festival experience: expansive, free, untamed, and powerful enough to carry Montenegro’s next great summer story.<\/p>\n

Following the Ulcinj chapter, EXIT to Montenegro<\/strong> continues its coastal journey at the end of August in Be\u010di\u0107i<\/strong>, where audiences can look forward to another spectacular festival edition featuring Peggy Gou, Charlotte de Witte, HUGEL, John Newman, Enrico Sangiuliano, RPR Soundsystem<\/strong>, and many more.<\/p>\n
