Conditions de report des billets pour 2022<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Si vous n’avez pas pu participer \u00e0 l\u2019EXIT Festival de cette ann\u00e9e pour des raisons de crise sanitaire (voir d\u00e9finition exacte ci-dessous), vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de demander la prolongation de votre\/vos ticket(s) jusqu’en 2022. Ceci inclut tous les billets (entr\u00e9e, camping, casiers). Veuillez noter que la date limite de transfert des billets peut varier d’un revendeur \u00e0 l’autre, et que vous devez donc consulter celui aupr\u00e8s duquel vous avez achet\u00e9 votre billet le plus t\u00f4t possible (et au plus tard le 31 octobre, qui est notre date limite centralis\u00e9e pour toutes les billetterie).<\/span><\/p>\n

La demande de transfert du billet doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e directement \u00e0 votre revendeur, en indiquant clairement les raisons. Ce dernier vous informera de notre d\u00e9cision dans un d\u00e9lai approximatif d’une semaine apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception de votre demande.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022La fronti\u00e8re entre votre pays et la Serbie \u00e9tait ferm\u00e9e pendant la dur\u00e9e de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Le voyage en Serbie aurait entra\u00een\u00e9 une mise en quarantaine apr\u00e8s votre retour (m\u00eame si vous avez effectu\u00e9 le test PCR)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Un voyage en Serbie pour des raisons touristiques aurait entra\u00een\u00e9 une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re \u00e0 votre retour (m\u00eame si vous avez fait le test PCR).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 positif avant d’entrer en Serbie et n’avez pas pu entrer dans le pays.<\/span><\/p>\n

VEUILLEZ NOTER : le fait de devoir passer un test Covid pour entrer en Serbie (ou pour retourner dans le pays d’origine) ne constitue pas en soi une \u00ab\u00a0raison \u00e9pid\u00e9mique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n
