Intending to fully utilize its influence in the music business and close contacts with leading global music and booking agencies, EXIT is launching an initiative through which it will provide comprehensive support to emerging international music stars in the development of their careers based on the principle of 360° management – through a music label, artist management, booking, mentorship, as well as collaborations with global music stars and agencies.

“EXIT has an exceptionally high reputation in the global festival industry and close relationships with leading music agencies and global stars. These relationships are not just professional, but genuinely friendly, opening the door for the development of international careers for musical talents,” says Dušan Kovačević, Founder and Director of EXIT festival.

In 2021, Dušan Kovačević himself was named one of the most influential people in the European music and events industry by the renowned American magazine Pollstar. The prestigious media outlet, with a tradition spanning forty years, listed the founder and director of the EXIT festival among the twenty most influential personalities who “lead, inspire, and push the industry forward.”

New, young talents will get the opportunity through the EXIT Music & Talent Office to become part of the big EXIT family and a chance to break through on the global music scene under the professional guidance and support of music and festival industry experts. The first name to represent the EXIT Music & Talent Office will be introduced soon

In addition to establishing a comprehensive center for developing future global music stars, EXIT will cooperate with relevant bodies from countries in the region to establish music export offices in each of them.

Over the past two decades, in addition to hosting the most prominent global stars, EXIT has, within its family of festivals, facilitated more than 1,000 performances by regional musicians outside their home countries. Many of them remember their performances at EXIT as pivotal moments in their careers, after which their fan bases expanded, and many who had initially performed at smaller festival stages later returned as headliners.
