In order to be as efficient as possible in this, we collect the following types of information:
In principle, it is possible to use the Website without revealing your identity or other information related to it.
Upon visiting the Website, we collect data that creates user records, which is not sufficient to identify a particular person, but serves as a statistical indicator to improve the quality of the service provided. Such information may be the number of visits, average time spent on the page, type of computer, type of mobile device, technical information about the user’s connection, operating system, Internet service provider, and only the IP address assigned by an ISP which is different for each user.
On each contact established via the contact form, contact email, direct call or social networks, we can ask for your personal information, i.e. name, e-mail address, phone number and address. In this way we establish effective communication with you in order to answer all possible inquiries.
Fondacija EXIT reserves the right to collect and share data within EXIT Festival, current EXIT campaigns and EXIT sub-brands, as well as with third parties for informational, promotional and marketing purposes. This is done in order to improve the overall experience and eliminate the need for double requests for the same data, in order to confirm the accuracy in databases.
Security and Data Storage
Data protection is integrated into the Website design and, by default, privacy settings are set to a high level. All communication between the user and the Website takes place through a secure encrypted protocol (https).
Processing of personal data will be done in accordance with the regulations for the protection of personal data in Serbia, taking all the prescribed technical and organizational measures for securing confidentiality and protection when processing the personal data in our possession.
Fondacija EXIT is obligated to keep all the confidential information while performing its activities and apply security measures for the collection, storage and processing of information to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data, as well as disclosing personal data only to the competent bodies in the procedure provided for by law.
The data you disclose is stored for a certain period of time, that is, no longer than the period in which this is necessary. During this period, you retain all your rights, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer, complain, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including making a profile.
Information About Visits
In addition to the server, the Website uses Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel which are used to enhance your user experience. When you visit websites, which use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, Google and the Google Analytics user, i.e. Facebook and a Facebook Pixel user can link information about your activities on that site to activities on other sites (and social networks) that use advertising services.
You can contact us at any time to find out what information about your activities is stored on our servers. You can also contact us to remove them. In some cases, we can refuse to remove it and we can retain data for limited periods when we need to keep them for legal business or legislation purposes.
If you ask us to remove data or content related to your account, we will try to make sure that we protect you against accidental or malicious deletion. For this reason, we may request additional verification of your identity (for example, via email or phone), and it may take some time from the moment you request deletion until the time it is performed.
