Payment at the festival: All about EXIT Addiko payment card 2019

1. What is a Festival Payment Card?

Festival Payment Card* is the official and exclusive payment system for foods, drinks and other products at EXIT Festival.

*The Card is not meant to be used at POS terminals and for withdrawing cash at ATMs

2. How do I pay at the Festival and where?

Payment for drinks, food and souvenirs at EXIT Festival and its camp is done with the Festival Payment Card only. When buying, it is enough to press the Card against a well-marked location on the card reader and the amount for drinks, foods or souvenirs will automatically be reduced from the Card!

3. Where can I get the Card and how much does it cost?

Festival Payment Card will be available at all top-up locations at the festival and camp (only for camp residents). You need to pay the deposit of RSD 125, which will be returned during the refund at the end of the festival. All users who are entitled to a 5-15% discount have no right of a deposit refund*.

4. How can I get a discount while paying for drinks at the festival?

All registered Addiko Mobile Serbia app users and users who top-up their festival card using a Visa payment card are entitled to a 5-15% discount while paying for drinks at the festival. In this case, the deposit is not returned while refunding unused funds from the festival payment card.

Addiko Mobile Serbia mobile app users – with just one click you’ll get access to a registration form. While answering a few short questions and by recieving a confirmation mail, you will get a unique code which you have to show while getting your festival payment card. It takes 24 hours from activating your festival payment card at the top-up location until the discount is billed.

Addiko Bank clients who have an e-banking option can also apply for a 5-15% discount on drinks at the festival by clicking the banner in the app*.

Users of Visa payment card – If you top up your festival payment card by using your Visa payment card at all top up locations, you get a 5-15% discount while paying for drinks at the festival*.

5. I already got a festival payment card but haven’t registered previously. Am I still entitled to a discount?

Yes, you can register afterwards by using the Addiko Mobile Serbia app. The discount will be billed after you enter your unique code and bring your festival payment card to the top-up location. After you verify your code the discount will start to be billed but you will not be able to refund your 125 RSD deposit*.

*It takes 24 hours from registration until the discount is billed.

6. How can I check the balance on my card?

At any moment you can check the available amount on your card by simply placing the card at the well-marked location on the card reader that automatically displays your balance.

7. How much money can I put on the card?

You can top-up the Card with as much money as you like, but there is the minimum amount (RSD 500 for the first top-up) and the maximum amount (RSD 30,000). You can top-up with amounts such as RSD 100, RSD 500, RSD 1000 etc. Amounts such as RSD 150, RSD 550 and RSD 1350 are not accepted.

8. Is it necessary for the top-up payment to be in cash or can I use my debit/credit card as well?

All top-up locations for the Festival Payment Card support both manners of payment. Visa payment card users who use their card to top-up their festival payment card instantly get a 5-15% discount while paying for drinks at the festival*.

9. Can I refund unused funds from the Festival Payment Card?

Of course. It is possible to withdraw the unused funds at any moment at the cashpoints in charge of this (marked with “refundacija/refund”). It is necessary for the refund to be done at the Festival or in the camp, since there will be no additional refunds available! Refund locations: top-up locations in camp, Foodland, Reggae Stage and other marked locations on the festival map.

*Notice: Users who got a 5-15% discount while paying for drinks at the festival are not entitled to a deposit refund.

10. Is there a limit as to the amount of refund?

All the top-up locations at the festival can refund up to RSD 7,000, while larger refunds can be done at refund locations near Lovoturs (at the main entrance) and Reggae Stage, as well as in camp with a personal ID.

11. Can the Festival Payment Card for the EXIT Festival be used in Montenegro, at the Sea Dance Festival?

Payment with the Festival Payment Card will be the official payment system at the Sea Dance Festival as well, however, the EXIT Festival Payment card cannot be used at the Sea Dance Festival, since these are two different countries and currencies.

12. What do I do if I lose the festival payment card?

If you previously registered through the Addiko Mobile Serbia app, you can block your lost festival payment card. You have to bring your ID to a top-up location, your lost card will be blocked and a new one will be issued. You should come to the help desk (top-up locations at the Reggae stage, Trag/Lovoturs and the camp) so any funds from your lost card can be transferred to a new one. After that, make sure not to lose your new festival payment card.

13. Can I use my Festival Payment Cards from previous years?

No, you need to get a new Festival Payment Card.

14. Can underage users register?

Anyone over 16 can register.

15. Can anyone who is not a Republic of Serbia citizen register?

Only Addiko Mobile Serbia users can register.

16. I registered last year, does that mean that I am instantly registered this year, too?

Due to different systems you need to register again this year, so you can get a right to a discount while paying for drinks at the festival, as well as a right to block a lost card and get a new one.
