DJ Snake Makes History in Front of 80,000 Fans in Paris “The Final Show“ Featuring Tiësto and Madeon, Sold Out in Three Minutes

One of the EXIT Festival headliners, DJ Snake, achieved something this weekend that even the biggest superstars hadn’t pulled off before him – he sold out Paris’s largest venue, Stade de France, down to the very last seat in just three minutes.

A staggering 80,000 fans showed up on May 10 for his “The Final Show.” With Tiësto and Madeon joining him as special guests, DJ Snake delivered a spectacle that received thunderous ovations across France and was instantly dubbed the most impressive solo DJ event in history by global media. The next chapter of this epic continues in July at the Petrovaradin Fortress, where Tiësto will headline the opening night and DJ Snake the grand finale of EXIT Festival’s milestone edition.

With over 13 billion Spotify streams, four music videos exceeding one billion views on YouTube, and a string of timeless hits that have shaped generations of fans, DJ Snake had already secured his spot in modern music history. But this time, he pushed his own boundaries. Aptly named, Saturday’s “The Final Show” at the legendary Paris stadium meant far more to him than just another performance – it was an emotionally charged, high-energy milestone that closed one chapter and opened the door to new musical projects.

In anticipation of his new studio album, set to drop six years after “Carte Blanche” and the launch of his own music label aimed at supporting new generations of DJs, Snake envisioned this performance as the grand finale of his career so far. But public interest and fan response far exceeded expectations.

“We had a full campaign ready, because never, ever, ever did I think I’d fill the Stade de France in three minutes“ Snake said in an interview with Billboard. When ticket sales opened, over 500,000 people tried to grab theirs at the same time! Overwhelmed by the response, he decided to throw an after-party the same day at Paris’s Accor Arena for another 20,000 fans, saying he didn’t want to share this moment only with a lucky few, but with everyone.

At the same time, “The Final Show” was a cultural triumph in its own right. As a French-Algerian producer, DJ Snake designed the show as an homage to Paris, the city where he grew up. He emphasized that every part of the show was carefully thought through, from the lighting to the storyline, because he wanted to commemorate his journey from a local DJ to a global icon blending Arab, African, and French musical traditions.

From a production standpoint, DJ Snake’s “The Final Show” outshone even the Olympic-level standards and previous concerts by bands like Rammstein, delivering Paris an audio-visual experience unlike anything before. Powerful emotions and brilliant lights blurred the line between the stage and the crowd, with one of the most memorable moments being Tiësto’s appearance on stage, moving tens of thousands of hearts with the lyrics of Edith Piaf’s “Non, je ne regrette rien.” The other special guest, Madeon, joined them in performing before the packed stadium.
