The profoundly emotional concert, in which the army of fans literally performed together with the band, showed all the power of one of the most important rock groups on the planet. The indestructible rock preacher and his perfectly tuned machine not only delivered what was expected but gave us so much more. Masked Wolf and Shouse, the electronic-music wizard Denis Sulta, the great Honey Dijon and the fantastic Maceo Plex, who dictated the pace at a packed mts Dance Arena until the morning, each contributed to the unforgettable night in front of over 50,000 fans at the Fortress. All of this made for an ideal prelude to Saturday when today’s greatest music producer is set to write festival history. The mega hitmaker Calvin Harris will arrive at the Exit Main Stage at precisely 11 p.m.! Along with him, tonight’s programme will be led by Boris Brejcha, Disciples, Ofenbach, Blond:ish and Mathame.

The second festival night will be remembered as a proper musical holiday. The complete synergy of Nick Cave and the audience again showed why he is the most important figure in rock music today. He started the two-hour-long concert furiously with “Get Ready for Love,” symbolically opening a new love chapter with his audience but also flawlessly reciprocating the vibe that had ruled the Petrovaradin Fortress for the past two nights. “Hvala,“ shouted Cave several times in perfect Serbian while he raced through a particularly complex set list with the Bad Seeds, eliciting powerful reactions with “Mercy Seat, “Tupelo, “ and the classic “Red Right Hand.“ The incredible concert of countless emotions will remain in the Exit history books as one of the most amazing rock concerts ever played at the Petrovaradin Fortress.

Friday at the Main Stage will also be remembered for the performances of the Australian rapper Masked Wolf and the electronic duo Shouse. General chaos ensued on the Explosive stage when the loud and rowdy The Exploited took over and had the audience join them on stage. Electropop, pop, and rap alternated on the Fusion stage with Pocket Palma, Bojana Vunturišević, Prti Bee Gee and Bassivity Showcase. At the same time, the Gang Beats saw a mosh pit kicking up dust when Crni Cerak premiered his new song “CC#3“. Honey Dijon introduced house back to the mts Dance Arena in style, Denis Sulta brought incredible energy, and the inimitable Maceo Plex welcomed the sunrise that heralds the strongest festival day.

On Saturday, the Main Stage will rock to the beloved hits of Calvin Harris, a man who has marked the past decade with his music and continues sculpting the music industry. The programme on Main Stage will also include the British group Disciples and the French DJ duo Ofenbach. On the festival’s biggest dance floor, the mts Dance Arena, the undisputed Boris Brejcha will set the pace, along with the Italian duo Mathame, Blond:Ish and Mochakk. The timeless rock band Paraf will rule the Fusion stage, and the nice groove will continue with Coach Party, while the end of the evening will be marked by a complete genre shift and the arrival of Djaikovski to the stage.
The new, bigger No Sleep stage, which remembers many sleepless nights, will play host to Stephan Jolk, Adana Twins and Andhim.
